By using our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of use without modification or revision. It is important that you understand that we may amend, revise or update the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time and without prior notice to you. Therefore, you should carefully review the terms and conditions of this User Agreement each time you use our Website. If the terms and conditions of this User Agreement are not acceptable to you, you should not use our Website. All information at Tripobooker.com is subject to change without notice,Tripobooker.com cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information furnished and will not be responsible for omissions or errors. Please confirm directly with any vendor any information which is of importance to you. Tripobooker.com retains the right to accept, edit, or reject any listings. Tripobooker.com shall not be liable for final currency conversion or rates when paid after a travel reservation is made with us for international travel products and services. You agree and acknowledge that currency rates vary and any quoted price on the Site in local currency is a guideline, and not binding on us or the supplier of travel products and services. Discounts offered may vary depending on several factors including airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mid or high season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in USD. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Airfare,hotel,Tours, and vacation packages is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets/packages have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice. If a price increase occurs after you have made a reservation that affects your travel package, we will notify you of the price increase before taking any further steps. All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Airfare quoted to you does not include airline baggage fees. In some cases if you Choose to book a flight in First/ Business Class, you may find the search results in both or only in First/ Business Class as being provided by airlines/suppliers (as some airlines/suppliers only offer Business Class and not first class). Please read the booking itinerary carefully before you make a reservation. Tripobooker does not possess / accept any responsibility of customer choosing any class of service and booking a different class of service. It becomes the entire responsibility of the customer to check the flights beforehand and then confirm the reservation. None of the bookings and fares will be guaranteed until the supplier issues the tickets/package.

Confirmation

In some circumstances, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before a ticket has been issued. The booking process is not complete until you have received a ticket number in another email. In most of the circumstances you will receive ETKT confirmation within 24-48 hours and 72 hours for flights to international destinations. All bookings and packages are not guaranteed until ticketed/confirmed by the supplier. At times, even after the confirmation of a reservation/package, the fare may change as revised by the supplier. You will be notified by us via phone call or email in case of any change to the fares or availability. Please note that the fares and availability are dynamic, and it depends on various market factors. You have the right to cancel the booking at no cost if there is a fare increase before ticketing and prior to your card being charged; you will not be charged any fees for cancelation in such a case within 24 hours of booking the reservation. All Airlines and packages have differing rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which are beyond our control. We make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule changes. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm you flights before 72 hours of departure.

Cancellation & Changes

All airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. In case if you want to cancel your reservation within the same day of booking, please call us at +1-877-267-2116, or write to us at info@tripobooker.com or use of chat service on our website as you may be able to cancel the reservation with refund for a fee for cancellation. Most of the airline tickets are completely non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Still in case you want to cancel the booking for any reason on the next day of booking, we will try to assist you with best possible option available. We at Tripobooker do not guarantee any refund on cancellation made next day of the booking. For making any kind of changes to your reservation you will be required to pay airline penalty fee and any applicable difference in fare. Customers who do not appear or are 'no show' for their flight will forfeit the entire fare paid and will not be eligible for any kind of changes or refund. If you arrive at the airport late or are denied boarding you will forfeit the entire fare paid. Any changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; most of the airline tickets do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. We at Tripobooker do not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request or supplier's schedule changes. Please be aware that once you have made a reservation, name changes are not allowed. If you find, you need to change or correct the spelling of a name after you’ve made a reservation, you will have to cancel your original reservation—if allowed—and then make a new reservation with a new flight at the new available price using the correct spelling of the name. This will likely incur fees and penalties. Therefore, it is imperative—and your responsibility—to verify the spelling of the names of all passengers before making your reservation. Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Usually the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. We encourage you to discuss additional restrictions and penalties attached to your credit with a customer service agent. All such bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our customer service. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are ready to make your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be required to the pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and any applicable post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline’s fare rules, policies and procedures, which are not under our control. The rate applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use may void the ticket and result in cancellation of the entire trip.

Cancel for Refund

For refundable fares, a processing fee by Tripobooker.com customer service may be charged for all permitted cancellations. All the service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations should be done via phone only. Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met: 1. Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same. 2. Traveler should not be a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund processing from suppliers. 3. Waivers are secured from the airlines (it is the airline’s discretion) by us to process the request for cancellation and refund. For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time it may take for the refund process. All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification will be sent by us to confirm such request. However, this notification is just an acknowledgement of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Upon receiving the request, we work with the concerned airlines to arrive at a waived amount based on the rules of the airlines and then notify you the decision of the airlines. Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect in your credit card statement. Generally, a penalty is charged for refunds by all airlines. The entire process, from receipt of your refund request to reflection of the same in your credit card statement, might take 60-90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airline, a fee for processing this refund will be charged by Tripobooker.com. These fees will be assessed only if the airline has authorized the refund or a waiver has been received and when such refunds are permitted by rules of the airline. In case the airline does not process your refund, we will refund you the processing fees charged by us.


Tripobooker.com does not assume responsibility for and will not compensate passengers for travel interruptions caused by matters beyond our control including those caused be Act of Nature and non-performance, injury, accident, damage, loss, delay, loss of baggage, error, omission, irregularity or any consequence thereof that may be caused by negligence, default or any other act or inaction of any Travel supplier or Airlines or if the airline files bankruptcy, overbooking or changes made by carriers/hotels/car rental companies/tour operators, etc.

Tripobooker.com shall not be responsible for any change in price or alteration of flight schedule or facilities, accommodation or travel disruption for any travel service that occurs after the reservation and payment of such service. Tripobooker.com shall not be liable for any shift, interruption, overbooking, delay, rerouting or strike, for any event of weather such as Nature’s act or political issues as it affects your travel reservation made with us.

We strongly recommend our customers to check their reservations on airline’s website or by calling the hotel at least 72 hour before the flight departure or check-in at the hotel and Tours and vacation packages purchase within 3 days of the purchase.



Credit Card Authorization

You agree to authorize Tripobooker and its suppliers to charge your credit card/ debit card for the amount that is shown as the Grand Total over the phone or if on our website. A reservation is not complete until confirmed or ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided is accurate and then your debit/charge will be accepted. If you are making travel tour reservations or bookings for another person you agree to inform that person(s) about the Terms & Conditions that apply to the travel reservations and bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable there to and these Terms & Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all your use of the Site (as well as for use of your account by others). You are responsible for any bookings and travel tour reservations made by persons under your direction or control. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the Site is true, current, complete and accurate. Furthermore, you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without limitation, any exploratory, speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

Credit Card Verification

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we may validate your name, address and contact number supplied by you during the booking process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree and authorize us to carry out such verification checks as stated herein. In performing these checks, you acknowledge and concur that such personal information you provide to us may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of such information in whole or in part. In case we are unable to verify any of the details provided by you at the time making the booking, we may contact your credit/debit card issuing bank. Rest assured this verification process is performed for the sole purpose to verify and confirm your identity, and that this process does not perform a credit check, and your credit rating will not be affected. We strongly recommend all our users to make payment though 3D secure.

What is 3D Secure?

This service ensures that the payment authentication in which the cardholder, the merchant, and the bank are verified securely. This service offers you an extra level of protection against credit card fraud when purchasing on a site that provides 3-D secure payments.3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to secure CNP (Cardholder Not Present) transactions further online. MasterCard brand their system as 'MasterCard Secure Code' and Visa call theirs 'Verified by Visa.' your card will be protected against unauthorized use when shopping online. The process is straightforward: during the payment stage, after entering your credit card details, a window will open and will request a personal authenticated identifier (PIN) from you as previously agreed between you and your bank (if your bank is offering this service). You will be notified within 72 hours if your credit card gets declined. Merely submitting the details of the credit card does not automatically guarantee ticketing. If your credit card is declined at the time of processing your transaction, all efforts will be made by us to notify you by email within 72 hours. In case your credit card is declined, your transaction will not be processed. It is the responsibility of the card holder to check with their respective banks if the payment has debited or not. The booking and fare details are not guaranteed. You have the right to cancel your booking at no cost in case of a fare change within 24 hours. You will not be charged any service fees for this.

Baggage Policy & Fees

Airfare quoted to you does not include airline baggage fees. If you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first Check in baggage; we recommend traveling light to reduce these costs. To find the baggage fees for each airline, please contact Airline for their Baggage policy. Baggage fees range from $15 up to $200 or more depending on the size and weight of the bag and is per checked bag. These fees are to be paid directly to airline upon using such service.

Travel documents requirements/Health Requirements

Prior to booking your trip, you should ensure that you meet the passport, visa, affidavit, health and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). USA/Canadian citizens are required to present a current valid passport for entry or transit through most countries; otherwise, entry or transit may be denied. We remind you that living standards and practices at your travel destination and the conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in USA/Canada. At all times throughout your trip a government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels and car rental locations and may be required for attractions and other products as deemed necessary by the relevant Travel Suppliers. In addition to the required government-issued ID as stated above, proof of citizenship (Passport) is required for international travel (for most countries outside of the United States). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum period from the date of arrival into that country. Also please note that many countries require that your passport be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months beyond your return date (please see chart below for easy reference). Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times and entry to another country may be refused even if your required information and travel documents are complete. We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported for any reason including your age. The customers should ensure that they have all the necessary documents related to travel. If you require a visa (transit visa/entry visa) for the country, you are visiting. Any information regarding the necessary travel documents can be found with the consulate/embassy of the country(s) you are visiting or transiting through. Tripobooker will not be responsible if you are denied entry or transit in a country due to lack of documents. It is the responsibility of the passengers to call the airline or the travel agency, 72 hours before the flight departure date to confirm if the booking is good to go. Your transaction with Tripobooker does not guarantee entrance to the country of destination. Traveler understands that Tripobooker accepts no responsibility for determining passenger's eligibility to enter or transit through any specific country. Information, if any, given by Tripobooker Tripobooker's employees must be verified with government authorities. Such information does not imply responsibility on Tripobooker 's behalf. We strongly recommend all the passengers to reach at least 3 hours before the flight departure timings for any international reservations and at least 2 hours before in case of domestic reservations.

Entry Requirements for United States

The department of Homeland Security of the United States of America has introduced new laws effective January 23, 2007 governing the entry requirements to the United States by air. These new laws include mandatory passports for all travelers including Canadian and American citizens. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months past your desired return date to ensure that there are not any delays regarding US Immigration.

Dispute Resolution and Chargeback

We intend to provide the best customer service. That’s why, if a dispute arises between us, our goal is to resolving the dispute quickly in a fair and cost-effective way. Accordingly, we strongly encourage you, before taking any other action, to reach out to us by contacting customer service at +1-877-267-2116 or email us at info@tripobooker.com so that we have an opportunity to try to address your concerns. Otherwise, you and we agree that we will resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or our relationship in connection with the Site or these Terms & Conditions (each, a “Claim”), in accordance with one of the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing. When you use Tripobooker.com to for any travel arrangements or Vacation package, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the vendor (supplier). Some rates, fares, exclusive deals are not eligible for change and cancellations. Any chargeback occurring due because of this is inappropriate, and Tripobooker.com reserves the rights to refute such chargeback claims. Tripobooker can recover the costs of some chargeback claims from the cardholder like. Non canceled reservations wherein the supplier/vendor cannot provide a refund even if the reservation is unused. Any chargeback wherein the cardholder is directly related with (his family, friends, associates or any third party) and has authorized to use his card on his behalf. Chargebacks are resulting from force majeure or other circumstances that are beyond the control or area of scope of Tripobooker.com or its subsidiaries.

Filing Claims In An Improper Manner

All Claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with this "Resolution of Disputes" section. All Claims filed or brought not in accordance with to this "Resolution of Disputes" section shall be considered improperly filed and void. Should you file a Claim not in accordance with this "Resolution of Disputes" section, we may recover from you our attorneys' fees and costs up to US$ 10,000, provided that we have notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.

Additional Verification

After you book online as part of our standard security processes and to reduce online fraud you may be required to take additional verification step. You will receive a link in an email from our risk assessment Team at Fraud fax and you may also see a charge on your credit card of less than $1. You will need to verify the exact same amount and once the verification is complete the charge will be refunded to you within 48 hours. Once the verification is complete your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive another email for ETKT. In the event you are unable to complete the verification within 24 hours, Tripobooker reserves the right to not process your Travel reservation. In this case there will be no charge on your card or If any will be released within 48-72 hours.

Promo Code Terms

The promo code offer is only applicable on our transaction service fees only, Discounts varies on the basis of the transaction service fees charged for that ticket booking or reservation, and the value of discount will be up to the service fees charged for that transaction or the promo code's value per transaction, whichever is less. You must/can use the promo code at check-out in order to redeem this offer. The offers are subject to revise or dis-continued without notice.

Airline Promotional Terms

The fares quoted are subjective to changes and availability. The fares are inclusive of all taxes and fees. Kindly note that additional baggage charges, charges for add-ons services and restrictions are applicable. Also, note that fare availability is capacity controlled. Fares are strictly non-refundable and are subjective to changes without prior notice. The requirement of advance purchase would deem fit. Fares for Basic Economy tickets has additional restrictions inclusive of no seat selections or upgrades, no full-sized carry-on bags, no group or family seat allotment and no changes in flight and no refunds.

Termination of contract

The travel agency reserves the right to cancel or suspend any reservation anytime and revoke the contract in case the customer is not abiding the contract or in case of any disputes, breach of agreement from the customer’s end, misuse of any information provided on our website.

Human Error

We will make the best possible attempts to rectify any mistakes made by our agents during the booking process at the time of the occurrence of these errors. You must notify us of faults within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. Beyond these 24 hours, Tripobooker will not be responsible for these errors.

Special service requests

Note that your seats, meals, and other special requests are only requests. Any service fees that will be charged for making such special requests on your behalf are non-refundable for services rendered and do not guarantee any particular result. We do not guarantee that your requests related to your seat(s), meal(s), frequent flyer, and other special requests will be recognized by the airline. You should contact your airline regarding these requests before your scheduled departure date
